Job Summary

The Enterprise Business professional will develop and drive sales strategies to acquire, manage, and grow key accounts within SMB & large enterprise sectors across West Bengal. This role demands expertise in corporate sales, stakeholder management, and solution-oriented selling to ensure revenue growth and strategic business development.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for SMB and large enterprises in West Bengal to achieve growth targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior officials, decision-makers, and influencers in both corporate domains.
  • Identify, pursue, and manage high-value sales opportunities, including tenders, RFPs, and large-scale projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and recommend strategies to enhance business position.
  • Lead high-impact presentations, negotiations, and contract closures for strategic accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with SMB procurement processes and corporate governance standards.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar discipline).
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, SMB, or enterprise business development.
  • In-depth knowledge of SMB procurement cycles and enterprise sales processes.
  • Strong network and demonstrated credibility in the West Bengal market, especially among government and large organizations.

 

 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the State of West Bengal for client meetings and business development initiatives.
